Can I run all my clients' sites from one Studio?

It depends on how separate you need them. One Studio holds unlimited websites, each site can have its own hosting login, and you pick which site Lenexa is working on. That works well when your team does the work and clients only see the results. Credits are shared across every site. Team access covers the whole Studio, so if a client needs to log in themselves, give them their own Studio instead of inviting them to yours.

Facts as of October 2026.

Set up each client

  1. Add the site

Use the site switcher at the top of your Studio and choose Start a new site, or tell Lenexa "new site for" and the client's name. Sites in the left rail lists them all.

  2. Save the client's hosting login

Under Connections, add one login per client host, named so you can tell them apart, for example "Juniper and Oak hosting". See connect your hosting.

  3. Brief Lenexa about that client

Check Talking about under the message box shows the right site, then brief as usual. Press Change to switch sites.

Always check "Talking about"

Lenexa works on the site shown there. Before you ask for a change, make sure it's the right client.

Credits across clients

Every site draws from the same monthly credits. The usage panel shows which crew members did the work; it doesn't split usage by client. If you bill clients for work, keep your own note of what you asked for per client. Business has the largest allowance, and on-demand credits cover busy months.

Keep each client running

  • A routine per client for posts or checks. Name it with the client, like "Juniper and Oak weekly post". See create a routine.
  • A Friday summary across all sites, so you can report to clients once a week.
  • Their hosting stays theirs. Sites publish to each client's own hosting, so they keep their site if you part ways.
