Open my Studio

How to sign in to account.lenexa.ai with an email link and open your Studio with one button, plus what to do if it is still setting up.

How do I sign in to my Studio?

It depends on where you start. The usual way is account.lenexa.ai: type your email, open the sign-in link we send, and press Open my Studio. The ready email has the same button. If you bookmarked your Studio address, its sign-in page offers Sign in with your Lenexa account. There is no password to remember on the account site. If you were invited by someone else, use the link in your invite first.

Sign in at account.lenexa.ai

  1. Ask for a sign-in link

    Go to account.lenexa.ai, type your Email address and press Email me a sign-in link.

  2. Open the email

    The email is titled "Your Lenexa sign-in link". The link works once and for 15 minutes. If it has expired, ask for a new one.

  3. Press Open my Studio

    You land on Plan & billing. Press Open my Studio next to your Studio and it opens, already signed in.

Use the email you paid with

Your account is the email address you used at checkout, or the one your invite went to. Ask for the sign-in link with that address.

Coming back later

Bookmark your Studio address once it is open. Next time, its sign-in page shows Sign in with your Lenexa account. Use the same email address as on account.lenexa.ai.

Inside the Studio, Plan & billing in the usage panel takes you back to account.lenexa.ai without signing in again.

If something stops you

  1. "Your Studio is still being set up."

    Setup usually takes a minute or two after payment. The page updates on its own, so leave it open.

  2. "You're signed in to a different account"

    You are signed in with an email that doesn't own this Studio. Press Sign out and use my checkout email, then sign in with the right address.

  3. The email never arrives

    Check spam for an email from [email protected]. If it isn't there after a few minutes, email [email protected].
