Complimentary credits
Complimentary credits are extra credits our support team adds to your month, and complimentary Studios are set up for you. How both show and expire.

What are complimentary credits?
It depends on why you got them, but they work the same way. Complimentary credits are extra credits our support team adds to your current month, for example to make up for a problem. You can't buy or request them in the app. They count for the current billing month only and expire at its end, like every credit. Work they cover is never billed as on-demand. A complimentary Studio is a whole Studio our team set up for you at no charge.
Where you see them
- At account.lenexa.ai, Plan & billing says "Includes" the number of "complimentary credits this month."
- In your Studio, the usage panel says "Your plan includes extra usage this month, on us."
- The usage meter measures against the bigger allowance, so the percentage drops when credits are added.
The rules
- This month only. They expire at the end of the current billing month. They don't carry over.
- Never billed. Work covered by them never counts as on-demand.
- Added by our team. If you think something went wrong with a job, email [email protected] and tell us what happened.
Complimentary Studios
Sometimes our team sets up a whole Studio at no charge, for example for a tester. You get the usual "Your Studio is ready" email, and the plan reads "on us".
