Emails the Studio sends
Choose which Studio emails you get under Email me when, and see the account emails that always arrive, like sign-in links and usage alerts.

Which emails will I get, and can I turn them off?
It depends on the email. In your Studio's Settings, Email me when has three you control: a preview is ready, your crew needs you, and a site is live. Everything else stays in the Studio. Account emails you ask for, like sign-in links and invites, always arrive, and so do plan change emails and usage alerts to the billing owner. Emails come from [email protected], and replies reach our support team.
The ones you choose
In your Studio, open Settings from your initial at the bottom of the left rail. Under General, Email me when lists:

| My crew needs me | "Only after 10 minutes, and only when the Studio isn't open." |
| A site is live | "A new site or a redesign goes live. Routine updates publish quietly." |
As the Settings say: "Everything else stays in the Studio."
The ones that always arrive
- Sign-in links you ask for, and team invites.
- "Welcome to Lenexa! Your Studio is ready" once, when your Studio is set up.
- Plan change emails, when an upgrade or a downgrade happens.
- Usage alerts to the billing owner at 85% and 100%.
Replying
Emails come from [email protected]. Reply to any of them and it reaches our support team, or write to [email protected].
The rest of Settings
General also has Theme (Follow System, Light or Dark), Tell Lenexa about you, Purchases, Report a problem, Account with Sign out, and About. Usage shows this month's usage.
