Change your plan
Upgrades start now, prorated, with more credits this month. Downgrades start on your renewal date. Where to do it and what each email says.

What happens when I upgrade or downgrade?
It depends on the direction. An upgrade starts now: you pay a prorated amount today, and this month's credits go up in proportion to the days left, with the full new allowance from your next billing date. A downgrade starts on your renewal date, so you keep what you've paid for until then, and you can cancel the switch before it happens. Both are under Change plan at account.lenexa.ai.
Change it
Open Plan & billing
Sign in at account.lenexa.ai. From your Studio, Plan & billing in the usage panel takes you there.
Press Change plan
The page explains: "Upgrades start now. Downgrades start on your renewal date, so you keep what you paid for."
Pick the new plan
For a bigger plan, press Upgrade now (prorated today), then Confirm upgrade. For a smaller one, press Switch at renewal with the date, then Confirm switch.
Upgrades
- You pay today, prorated. You're charged for the rest of this billing month at the new price.
- Credits go up now, in proportion. This month's allowance rises by the difference between the plans times the share of the month that's left. Upgrade halfway through and you get about half the difference now.
- Full allowance next month. From your next billing date you get the new plan's full credits.
- Features switch on now, like model choice on Pro and Business.
If your bank asks you to confirm the payment, you'll see Confirm the payment. The plan changes once the payment goes through. You'll get an email: "You're on the" new plan.
Moving to or from Business
Business also runs on a larger server, and your Studio moves to it automatically after the upgrade. We wait until your crew is between jobs, then your Studio is offline for a few minutes while it restarts. Your sites, files and settings stay as they are, and we email you when it's done: "Your Studio now runs on a larger server." Moving down from Business keeps the larger server.
Downgrades
- Nothing changes until your renewal date. You keep your current plan and credits until then.
- You'll see a notice: "Your plan switches to" the new plan "on" the date, with a button to keep your current plan.
- Changed your mind? Press Keep and your current plan's name to cancel the switch.
You get an email when the switch is scheduled and another when it happens.
Who can change the plan
The owner and Studio + Billing members. Studio only members see "Plan & billing is managed by your account owner." Complimentary Studios can't change plans themselves: "This Studio is complimentary. Contact support to change plans."
