Where do I find invoices and change my card?
It depends what you need, but both are at account.lenexa.ai under Plan & billing. The Invoices list shows every invoice with a View and a PDF link. To change your card or see your billing details, press Manage payment method and invoices, which opens Stripe's billing page for your account. Payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see your full card number. If a payment fails, Plan & billing shows what is owed and a Pay now button.
Invoices
At account.lenexa.ai, Invoices lists each one with Date, Product, Amount, Status and Invoice. Press View to open it or PDF to download it.

| Paid | Done. |
| Due | Waiting for payment. |
| Draft | Not final yet. Nothing to do. |
| Unpaid | Payment didn't go through. |
| Void | Cancelled; nothing to pay. |
You get a separate invoice for on-demand use when it reaches your billing step. See on-demand credits.
Change your card
Open Plan & billing
Sign in at account.lenexa.ai.
Press Manage payment method and invoices
Stripe's billing page opens. Update your card or billing details there.
Come back
Return to account.lenexa.ai when you're done.
One account has one billing page, even with more than one Studio.
If a payment fails
Plan & billing shows what's owed and a Pay now button. If your Studio is paused, the total includes a $25 late fee. Pay there with any card and your Studio opens again on its own. See if a payment fails. If three on-demand payments fail, on-demand turns itself off until you turn it back on.
Who can see billing
The owner and Studio + Billing members. Studio only members can't see invoices. See invite your team.
