Welcome credits
Every new Studio gets 200 welcome credits on top of the plan in its first month. How they work, when they expire, and where they show.

What are welcome credits, and when do they run out?
It depends on your first month's work, but the rules are simple. Every new Studio gets 200 welcome credits on top of its plan, for the first billing month only. They are added to that month's allowance, so Starter starts with 500, Pro with 1,050 and Business with 2,350. Like all credits, any you don't use expire when the month ends; they don't carry over. They give a first site extra room for edits.

From the second month on, you get your plan's credits only.
Where you see them
At account.lenexa.ai, under Plan & billing, your plan says "Includes 200 welcome credits this month." Your ready email mentions them too. In the Studio, they are part of the allowance the usage meter measures against.
Make the most of them
- Brief clearly up front. Fewer rounds of changes leave more credits for extra pages. See write a brief that lands.
- Get the big job done in month one. A new site or a WordPress move is where the extra room helps most.
- Watch the meter. The top bar shows how much of the month you've used.
Not the same as complimentary credits
Welcome credits come with every new Studio. Complimentary credits are extra credits our support team adds in particular cases.
