How to cancel Website Studio from Plan & billing, what keeps working until your end date, what to save first, and how to change your mind.

What happens if I cancel?
It depends on what you want to keep. Cancel from Plan & billing at account.lenexa.ai; it takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for, and everything keeps working until then. Your published sites stay live, because they are on hosting you own. After the end date your Studio is deleted automatically, along with its files, so save anything you want from Files first. If cost is the reason, a smaller plan keeps your Studio instead.
Before you cancel
- Your sites are already yours. They live on your hosting and keep running.
- Save what you want to keep. Open your Studio and go through Files (in the Computer). There's no download-everything button, so ask Lenexa to publish anything you want to keep to your hosting. See where your files live.
- Note your logins. Logins saved in Connections can't be read back, so keep your own copy with your host.
- Consider a smaller plan. If it's about cost, downgrading keeps your Studio and history.
Cancel
Open Plan & billing
Sign in at account.lenexa.ai as the account owner or a Studio + Billing member.
Press Cancel plan
It's under your plan, next to Change plan.
Choose
The first time you cancel, you'll see one offer: 50% off your next month. Press Keep my plan with 50% off to stay, or No thanks, cancel at period end to cancel. If you've had the offer before, or your next month already has another discount (offers don't stack), you'll see what canceling means and a Cancel at period end button instead.
After you cancel, Plan & billing shows Ending and the date, and we email you the date too. Until then everything works as normal.
Changed your mind?
Press Keep my plan on Plan & billing any time before the end date. Your plan carries on as if nothing happened.
After the end date
Your Studio is deleted automatically shortly after the end date, including its files, chat history and work in progress. We email you once it's done. Don't count on getting any of it back. Your published sites are not affected, and you can start a new Studio any time.

Yes. Until the end date, press Keep my plan on Plan & billing and your plan carries on as usual.
The first time you cancel, Plan & billing offers 50% off your next month once. Take it or press No thanks; it is offered once per account. If your next month already has a discount, the offer doesn't stack on it, so you won't see it until that discount has ended.
Yes. Press Cancel my plan next to Pay now. Your plan ends right away and you won't be charged anything more. The guide on failed payments has the details.
Your plan won't renew. On-demand use from your last month is still billed as usual.
