Terms

The short version. You pay monthly for a plan that comes with credits. The crew does the work and you decide what gets published. Your content and your sites are yours. Cancel any time, and your plan keeps working until your renewal date.

These terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Lenexa.AI LLC, based in Lenexa, Kansas ("Lenexa", "we", "us"). They cover Website Studio, the lenexa.bot website, and your account at account.lenexa.ai. If you use Website Studio for a business, you accept these terms for that business too. By starting a subscription or using your Studio, you accept these terms and our Privacy policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract to use Website Studio.

What Website Studio is

Website Studio gives you an AI crew that builds and manages websites. Lenexa, your project manager, plans the work and assigns it to five AI specialists: the Website Designer, Content Writer, Lead Developer, Marketer, and Deployment. Your Studio runs on its own server and publishes your sites to hosting you own.

We improve Website Studio all the time, so features, crew members, and AI models may change. If we remove something important to your plan, we'll tell you first.

Your account

You sign in with a link we email you, so keep your email account secure. You're responsible for what happens in your account and your Studio, including what you ask the crew to do. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think someone else has gotten in.

Plans and credits

  • Plans. Starter is $59 a month with 300 credits. Pro is $129 a month with 850 credits. Business is $249 a month with 2,150 credits. Prices are in US dollars.
  • Credits. A credit is $0.10 of crew work. Bigger jobs use more credits.
  • Welcome credits. Your first month includes 200 extra credits.
  • Refills. Credits refill in full each month on your billing day. Unused credits don't roll over.
  • Running out. When your credits run out, work pauses until they refill, unless you've turned on on-demand credits.
  • On-demand credits. At account.lenexa.ai you can set a monthly on-demand budget in $25 steps up to $500, or choose Unlimited. With a set budget, the crew keeps working until it reaches that budget, and we never bill on-demand work past it. With Unlimited there is no budget: the crew keeps working and you pay for all the on-demand work it does. With a set budget, on-demand work is billed in $25 steps. With Unlimited, it's billed every $250 of on-demand use, and any remainder on your monthly invoice. A budget of $0 turns it off.
  • Fair use. Unlimited has no budget cap, but it's for real work in your Studio. We may review unusually high or unusual usage and contact you about it. If we see abuse, fraud, or activity that puts the service or other customers at risk, we may pause on-demand work until it's sorted out.

Billing

Your plan is billed monthly in advance through Stripe, starting on the day you subscribe. That day is your billing day each month. You authorize us to charge your payment method for your plan, any on-demand work, and any taxes that apply.

Upgrades take effect right away: we charge the prorated difference and add a prorated share of the new plan's credits for the rest of the billing month, and the full allowance starts on your next billing day. Downgrades take effect on your next billing day.

Launch offer. Subscriptions started by October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central get 25% off the first month. Regular pricing starts with the second month.

Hosting, domain names, advertising costs, and other third-party services aren't included in your plan.

If we change our prices, we'll email you at least 30 days before the change applies to you.

Canceling

You can cancel any time from Plan & billing at account.lenexa.ai, which opens Stripe's billing portal. Your Studio keeps working until your renewal date. Then the service ends, and your Studio's server, with everything on it, is deleted. Download anything you want to keep before then. Your published sites stay live on your own hosting.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, including for partial months, unused credits, and unused on-demand budget, except where the law requires a refund. If you think something went wrong on our side, email [email protected] and we'll look at it. Any refund we give is at our discretion.

If a payment fails

If a payment fails, Stripe retries it automatically and we'll email you. If it still hasn't gone through after those retries, we may suspend your Studio until it's paid. If it stays unpaid, we may end the service, and your Studio's server, with everything on it, is deleted. Your published sites stay on your own hosting.

Your content and your sites

You own what you bring to Website Studio, and the sites, pages, code, and content the crew makes for you. We don't claim ownership of any of it.

You give us permission to store, copy, process, and send your content as needed to run your Studio, including sending it to AI model providers and publishing it where you tell us to. This permission ends when your content is deleted from our systems, except where we must keep something to comply with the law.

You're responsible for having the rights to what you upload, such as logos, photos, and text, and for making sure it doesn't break the law or anyone else's rights.

AI work needs your review

The crew is AI. It can make mistakes, including wrong facts, broken code, text or images that resemble someone else's work, and claims your business can't back up. Review the work before you approve or publish it. You're responsible for what's published on your sites, including making sure it's accurate and follows the laws that apply to your business, such as privacy, accessibility, and advertising rules.

Your hosting and other accounts

Your sites publish to hosting you own and manage, such as NameHero or any cPanel, SSH, FTP, or WordPress host. Your agreement with that host is between you and the host. When you save a login or key in Connections, you allow the crew to use it to publish your sites and do the work you ask for. Only save logins you're allowed to share, and remove them when you no longer want them used.

The crew may work with other services for you, like your host, WordPress, or an ad platform. Those services have their own terms, and we're not responsible for them. Fees they charge are separate from your plan.

Acceptable use

Don't use Website Studio to:

  • Break the law, or build sites that help others break it.
  • Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
  • Build phishing pages, scams, or malware, or sites that impersonate someone else.
  • Send spam or run deceptive ads.
  • Publish content that sexually exploits children, promotes violence, or harasses people.
  • Attack, probe, or overload any system, including ours and other customers' Studios.
  • Use your Studio's server for unrelated work, such as mining cryptocurrency or hosting files for others.
  • Get around credit limits, budgets, or other safeguards, or resell access to your Studio, except to build and run sites for your own clients.

If you do, we may pause the work, suspend your Studio, or end your service. Where we can, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

Support

In your Studio, open Settings and choose Report a problem, or email [email protected].

SMS terms

  • Program. Lenexa.bot account notifications.
  • What you get. Text messages about your Studio: setup help and important account updates, such as when your Studio is ready or something on your account needs you. No marketing texts.
  • How you join. Give your mobile number and check the box to get texts, when you order a Studio on lenexa.bot or in your account at account.lenexa.ai. Texts are optional and not a condition of buying anything.
  • How often. Message frequency varies, typically a few messages a month.
  • Cost. Msg & data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan.
  • Stop. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. We'll send one text confirming it, then no more. You can also turn texts off at account.lenexa.ai. To get texts again, add your number there.
  • Help. Reply HELP to any text, or email [email protected].
  • Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy. How we handle your number and your consent is in our Privacy policy.

Availability and backups

We work to keep your Studio running, but we don't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may pause it briefly for maintenance and updates, or move it to a new server, for example when you change between plans that use different server sizes.

We don't currently promise backups of your Studio. Keep your own copies of anything important. Your published sites are already on your own hosting.

Disclaimers

Except as these terms say otherwise, Website Studio is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise any particular result from the crew's work, such as search rankings, traffic, or sales.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Lenexa won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about Website Studio is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against us because of your content, your sites, or your breaking these terms, you'll cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, including legal fees.

Ending the service

You can cancel any time, as described above. We may suspend or end your service if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if we must for legal reasons, or if we stop offering Website Studio. If we stop offering it for reasons that aren't your fault, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and refund any amount you prepaid for time after the service ends.

Law and disputes

Kansas law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be decided in the state courts in Johnson County, Kansas, or the federal courts for the District of Kansas, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please email [email protected] so we can try to resolve it informally first.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and update the date below. If a change matters, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using Website Studio after that, the new terms apply. If you don't agree, you can cancel.

Everything else

These terms and our Privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Website Studio. If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later. You can't transfer these terms to someone else without our written permission. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business. We'll send notices to the email address on your account.
