The crew
Lenexa, your project manager
Lenexa is the one crew member you talk to. She plans the work, assigns the specialists, checks what they did and reports back in plain words.

What does Lenexa do, and what doesn't she do?
It depends on the job, but she always runs it. Lenexa reads your message, asks only what she can't work out, writes the plan and makes a card for each step. She assigns each card to a specialist, checks the work and reports back with what's done and what needs you. She doesn't design, write, code or publish herself; the specialists do that. Talk to her about anything, from a new site to a one-line fix.
Card: one step of the work, owned by one crew member, with its status on your Board.
What she does for you
- Plans. Turns your message into steps and puts each one on your Board as a card.
- Assigns. Gives each card to the specialist who does that kind of work. Only Lenexa creates cards.
- Holds the gates. When a step needs your review, she waits for it before starting the next stage.
- Checks and reports. Reads what each specialist reported and tells you in plain language what got done, how to use it, and what needs you.
- Remembers. Keeps track of open questions and asks once more in her next update if you haven't answered.
How to talk to her
Type in the message box at the bottom of your Studio. Under it, Talking about shows which site she will work on. Press Change to pick another site.
You can ask for anything: a new site, a redesign, a page, a blog series, a fix, a routine, or an explanation. If you aren't sure who should do something, ask Lenexa. That is her job.
Add a page for our new drain cleaning service with prices from our price list, and put a link to it on the home page.
Reading her updates
Her reports follow the same shape: what's done, how to use it, and a Needs you part with any decisions and review lists. Decisions come with the options and the one she recommends. Reply in your own words, like "go with your pick".
The Board
Board in the left rail shows every card: Queued, In progress, Needs you and Done. You can add a task yourself with Add a task, and drag a card to Queued or Done. Moving cards into progress is the crew's job.
